My Approach

I created Sacred Heart Medicine 13 years ago in order to live a large part of my purpose on this Earth. Much of my purpose here is to help others navigate their emotional bodies and experiences and to rise above difficult situations and live their most optimal lives.

I have had a deep capacity to find the gems in the difficulties in my life experiences and turn those around into something that evolves me so that I may help myself and humanity. I assist people in finding this same capacity. Turning our lemons into lemonade, so to speak, while staying authentic to our emotional experience.

I assist others with re-imprinting traumas into positive information and helping them rebirth onto a new path.

I have become skilled in my life at locating and identifying Soul themes in my human experience and figuring out how to use those as a valuable tool for my evolution. I am able to assist others in locating those themes and patterns for themselves, as well, so that new pathways can be chosen and actions can be taken to move forward with new life themes.

I also have the ability to energetically work with cellular re-patterning and working with the DNA. I work with the energy bodies of clients and assist them with releasing those things that are no longer serving them.

I have an amazing amount of passion for helping others help themselves rise into their full authentic selves.
