Phoenix Rising:
Survivors Group for Daughters of Narcissistic, Borderline, Sociopathic, and Histrionic  Mothers

The wound that is created in a daughter who has a mother that falls on the spectrum of narcissistic personality disorder, or other cluster B type personality, is highly disfiguring to the sense of Self for the daughter. The wound of not being seen for who you are or celebrated as an autonomous woman can haunt us throughout our lives. It can lead to overachieving yet not ever feeling good enough and/or life long unconscious self-sabotage. This group is being held to bring women together to build connections and support with other women who know this wound. We will be learning knew ways to heighten our sense of self and self-care, have better boundaries, find our authentic voice, break old covert contracts that keep us locked in patterns that may no longer be serving us, and more.
